Thank you for choosing ProSalon Software online. Before you can begin ringing up sales you must enter the services and products that you will be offering. Below you will find a form and instructions to get started. If you have questions you may email them to our salon management experts at support@pro-salon.com.

INSTRUCTIONS

An asterisk marks required  fields. Enter the product name, and provide a category (i.e. shampoo). You may call your categories whatever you want but remember once a product has been entered into a category it cannot be changed. You may provide a product description up to 350 characters. The photo URL should link to your photo's location on the web. If you do not enter a retail price the default value will be $0.00. The salon ID must be the same for ALL products entered since this is how your products will and services will be identified within the program. The default tax rate for products and services is 0.00, You may enter different tax rates for different products and services. If there are any miscellaneous fees you may enter them in the MISC field, but remember that this fee will be added to the product or service every time it is rung up.

FIELD LENGTHS

If you make a mistake entering your information send an email to support@pro-salon.com  with the salon code you used to enter the information, and the details about what was entered we will be glad to delete the incorrect information. However we cannot enter new information for you. simply use the form to enter the correct information.

Once you have entered all the products and services you will be using you may begin to use the software to ring up those items online.
